For the price this place is excellent! I was expecting run down and shabby and instead it was clean, quiet, and fairly modern. The Mexican restaurant was good and fairly priced as well. Will definitely make a return trip here in the future to ride the hills around beautiful Pikeville.

The Landmark is an older hotel in the heart of Pikeville. Easy to get in the parking lot, plenty of spaces (on a Monday) and the front desk staff were just WONDERFUL. The room was clean if not a little rough around the edges, but for the price, couldn't have been better. In fact, the bed was more comfortable than the last hotel we stayed in for double the price! No breakfast, coffee maker was a little sketch, so had to get my morning cuppa at Hardees. Would absolutely stay there again! Thank you Landmark!

The room was great. The bed was really comfortable. However, the pictures we saw on the website seem to be a little misleading. We prefer “hotels” with hallway access to doors. This was a “motel” with exterior doors.

Very clean and well priced. Rooms are updated. We did not use the onsite restaurant which was on the top floor. Traffic noise nearby was continuous. Would stay again because clean and convenient and the savings out weigh the traffic noice.
