"The staffs were cold, no smile, no welcoming, the room had strong mildew smell and the bathroom had mold all over the shower and walls ( it’s nice that they changed the room right away) cleaning services were very bad, over all, it was very disappointed for a well known hotel that is so not perfectionist."

"Very helpful staff and very clean room. It's also conveniently located to everything, especially the night market. My only complaint is: when arriving and having booked on Expedia, it took some time to figure out how to check in since they use a Kiosk. Had to call the front desk to help figure that part out. Other than that I would definitely stay her again! For the price, convenience and cleanliness this place was a steal!"
