My kids and I had a wonderful overnight at the flat. Very bright and welcoming, all the amenities we needed, and well-cared for. Milena was attentive, kind and flexible and promptly responded to all my inquiries. The location was perfect - we took the train down from London so planned to walk wherever we wanted to go. The flat ended up being about 9 minutes or less from everywhere we went: the beach, the restaurants, and the train station. Overall, a great stay.
We really enjoyed our stay at this flat in Eastbourne. Milena is a wonderful hostess and has appointed the place perfectly. As advertised, the flat was very close to the High Street, shopping, the pier, bandstand and, of course, the beach. The place was very quiet and comfortable. We hope to return some day. All the best, Milena, thank you for everything.
Good location, close to all, walkable to beach, train and restaurants. Our favorite was Soup and Tap. The flat is modern and clean. We didn’t cook much because we were on the move! One area for improvement is the master bedroom window. The blinds are no match for that streetlight outside. Curtains would be a great addition there.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut in Eastbourne gelegen. Parken kann man am Hintereingang Der Platz ist etwas eng aber man ist froh einen Parkplatz zu haben.
Ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.
Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll und sauber. Der Wohnbereich ist nicht sehr groß aber wenn man im Urlaub viel unterwegs ist ist das in Ordnung.
Die Küche ist ausreichend eingerichtet, wenn auch ein Geschirrspüler fehlt.
Das Haus ist hellhörig, die Obermieter hört man, wenn sie die Treppe runter gehen.
Die Vermieterin hat uns persönlich und herzlich empfangen und auch auf Wunsch Küchenhandtücher nachgeliefert.
Wir fühlten uns insgesamt sehr wohl.
