"The first morning there was no continental breakfast ready or getting made. Several guests had no food no coffee- juice machine was not working After multiple complaints the next few days were much better for food service. The property has an older smell in part of the hotel but most of the hotel is good. Some upgrades with the A/c done in rooms but hot tub was not fixed from previous years and some maintenance is not done ie : fences and buildings around outside. Pool was not open and hot tub closes too early 9pm (exactly)"

"The suites are provided with Kitchen, that are not new. unfortunately my experience I had plenty of ants walking around the top of the kitchen and on the walls. But the staff was very helpful, they changed the room immediately after I showed the pictures "

"Beautiful and clean rooms at a perfect location for taking in and exploring the charming area. Highly recommend getting a room with a jacuzzi and a king size bed for any couples looking to have a romantic get away and spend some qualitytime together. You will never regret picking this lovley hotel. The only potential negative I can force myself to conjure up is for people with mobility issues. All rooms are located on the second level so there is no elevator or wheelchair accessibility."

"The hotel is a great place to stay with all the shops and restaurants in walking distance. I would avoid the second floor rooms on the back side of the hotel. It is great to have the off-street parking on the back of the hotel but several rooms miss out on balcony or patio space. We stayed in room 216 right above the hotel AC condensers. Pretty constant noise of fans. Just avoid those rooms and you will have a great stay!"

"Brand new hotel walking distance to town. Safeway supermarket is walking distance and convenient as our room had a kitchen. Wonderful stay and we'll priced 😀"

"The breakfast choices were very good and the hotel was clean with very friendly staff. I found the location to be a bit uncomfortable with busy roads all around it. My room was decent, but the bed was a bit soft and a couple of the pillows slightly lumpy. Decent price for a decent room, but nothing fancy or top drawer."
