"I have stayed several times at the Canyo River Lodge on the Yakima River. Every time I am reminded of how beautiful the Yakima River canyon is and how easy a drive it is from Seattle. The lodge itself is a world class facility right on the river. The suites are lovely, the staff is excellent, and the restaurant has wonderful food. In addition there is one of the finest fly shops at the lodge that I have ever been in. They have guides for fishing, sporting clays, and hunting if you need help...

"Our host Rebecca was warm and generous. She’s both inviting and gives you space! The ranch is an enchanting, peaceful getaway with the happiest cows, horses, chickens(yes, fresh eggs offered!), and dogs. The ranch and its gorgeous location is reason enough to rent this property, but it’s also close to the The Gorge and countless incredible hikes/walks. We will definitely be back!!!"

The style of the home fit right in with the area, and with downtown so close, we walked everywhere—including a tour of campus! The house was well-stocked with kitchen supplies, bathroom toiletries, and even cozy blankets to curl up with on the couch for our hours of visiting. 😉Thank you for the stay—we would love to come again!"

"In choosing a very affordable option for an overnight in Cle Elum, we had calibrated our expectations. There was no need! We found the Stewart Lodge to be comfortable and clean, the breakfast was great, and the workers were very nice. The beds were comfortable and the air in the room was adjustable so we weren't too hot and slept well. One feature that I like is the fan/heat lamp and lighting options in the bathroom. We would choose this hotel again -- thanks so much!"
