Check in was the most impersonal one I have ever had. One word questions from the gentleman at the front desk. Name? ID? Phone Number? No smile, no hello, how are you, welcome etc. I also had to ask about WiFi, breakfast hours. So strange. The room was clean but the bathroom floor and grout in the shower was grungy looking. Have not slept overnight yet as of this review nor had breakfast but was prompted by the property to write a review, so this is all I can offer so far.

I would call the hotel style miniamlist clean tastefull with not a lot of unnecessary decorations. The staff was friendly and helpfull. The complimentary breakfast was very good with a large variety of options. The only down side for me was the beds were not that comfortable ok, not great. It was a good choice and I would stay there again.

Hotel was clean and beds were really comfortable. Rooms are a little on the smaller side and the walls are thin (could hear the TV in the next room and the people above us walking) but all in all it was a good experience.

This was my 2nd visit to this location. The staff were very friendly and helpful if needed. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast selections were wonderful. Definitely recommend this hotel if staying in East Wenatchee.

Noisy Children
Overall, we have enjoyed our numerous stays. However, we have noticed that there have been many noisy children running through the halls. The walls between rooms and floors are not well insulated. Our next visit we will be sure to ask to be put on the top floor.

VERY poor accommodations!
VERY dirty hallway carpets and elevator flooring, as well as main entry flooring. Mold in bathroom shower. Overall cleanliness of room poor. Uncomfortable bed. On our second day (Jan 1) our room wasn't cleaned. We were told by the rude receptionist that they don't clean rooms on holidays unless we are checking out. Not enough towels, soap, coffee for the second day. Bar and restaurant present but apparently closed down for good (One of the reasons we booked here was for the bar).
