"Beautiful area, easy drive to White Mountains and North Conway shops. The property was clean and staff were all friendly and helpful with local recommendations! Our room (petite queen) was small but comfortable. The window AC unit worked well to keep us cool at night. The pool and hot tub were both clean and in great condition. You can see many stars from the yard, take a moment to look up at night! Grab-and-go breakfast was bagged blueberry muffin, granola bar, and (nicely chilled!) orange juice. Some variety on flavors would have been nice, but it did the job. Would be happy to stay here again or recommend to a friend!"

"Excellent value for your dollar. We stayed in a family room. Things we really liked- quiet, nightlight in bathroom, generous space for luggage by bathroom, hot water galore and great shower pressure. Things we didn't like-Double bed with bunk overhead mattress is a bit uncomfortable. Freezer was not usable due to ice build up. And the 'queen' bed was a double. Enjoyed the hot tub too. All in all we would stay here again."

"It was a quaint little hotel, very clean and comfortable. We loved the outside porch overlooking the water and they had lots of things for the kids to do. We would stay there again. "

"The one huge dislike was the parking!! Four wheelers are allowed to take up parking spots with their four wheelers so there are no spots for guests with their vehicles!! Why shouldn't they have to park their recreational vehicles out by the tree line instead of taking up all the spaces by the rooms??"
