"When we arrived at the hotel they did not have our booking in their system and looked very surprised to see anyone there. We were the only guests at the entire hotel, but they still did not have a room available for us at 3.30pm when we arrived. "We enjoyed the range of kids’ activities, services, pools, food options, and the area around the hotel. We did not opt for the all-inclusive dining due to the cost. The buffet breakfast was super & included in the room rate, and it became repetitive after a few days. Overall, my family had a very enjoyable stay and we would recommend the hotel."
