"The welcome was good (the staff are lovely) and the room clean, spacious, comfortable and with plenty of facilities. There’s a lovely rooftop terrace, with cushions and blankets to borrow, if needed and a honesty system for drinks. They made arrangements for our dietary requirements. Located close to the beach in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Would definitely stay there again"

"This property is on a quiet street and our rooms were lovely and clean. The owner is very engaging and caring. I was a bit apprehensive coming to South Africa, but “Lord Flanegan” as I call him made us feel welcome and safe. He is very helpful and generous with his time. Oh and the breakfast. Thx Stewart. Hope to see you in the #BigSmoke soon. "

"Disappointing for a 4star. Limited breakfast options, simple things like, no fried or boiled or poached eggs, no filter coffee. Only one plug point in the room. Iron in room had no settings and I ended up scorching my garment. Noise was on another level from staff, and when asked to please quiet down a bit , was laughed at. The pics are nothing like the actual venue. Pool was green, so in scorching 30• weather you could not swim either. I would not stay again or recommend either."

"My stay was just for one night and it was great. But they turn off the WiFi in the morning and they didn’t tell me that when I was checking in."
