"I arrived to the warmest welcome I've ever received in an hotel. The kind and friendly gentleman on Reception is an asset to the team. My room was spotlessly clean and very peaceful, with a great TV and comfy bed. The bathroom was immaculate. I've stayed in many Glasgow hotels, but this will be my go-to from now on as I loved it here."
