Rooms were clean and well maintained Bed was very comfortable Amenities in bathroom were in pump bottles which is not my favorite as they are affixed to the wall in the shower and by the sink. Not always the best.

Location is amazing! Rooms are bare bones - not to hang out in - but to sleep right in the heart of NYC! Price is great. Definitely older building vibe…no vent in washroom. I’d stay again for affordability, location. And no need to hang out in room when In NYC - but a good place to sleep! All good!

The highlight of our trip was the bellman, Michal. He displayed incredible and accommodating customer service, truly treating our family of 7 as if we were his family. We will never forget him. All other staff we encountered, especially at the front desk, were rude and less than accommodating (three different individuals). Asking for more towels and pillows was like we were asking for their firstborn child. The hotel is run down and beds were terrible. Will definitely not be back, except to maybe see Michal.

I love the location to be near my daughter in Murray hill. I didn’t like that I arrived at 9:30am on a Tuesday and they didn’t let me check in early even though rooms were available. She said it would be an early check in charge. I usually stay at Bonvoy properties and that would never happen. The room was fine. The bed and pillows very comfortable and the halls clean. Lobby nice sitting areas and friendly staff at the door. Overall good
