"We recently had an enjoyable 3 night stay at the Cape Cod Villa with family and friends. The Villa is beautiful and we loved how spacious it is. Everything in the Villa is well thought out for a comfortable stay. There was even a welcome basket for the kids. The host, Natalia is highly responsive and accommodating. "We were so excited to visit Cape Cod for the first time and I have to say, this met every expectation. The private pond was so lovely, everyone enjoyed our beach days, including the surprise ice cream truck that stopped by sometimes.... That may have been our kids favorite part of the entire trip. "Beautiful, well maintained home in a lovely neighborhood. Home is well appointed. Walking distance to a great pond and Cape beaches are close by (5 minutes by car). A bathroom for every bedroom which worked out well for us. Also close to Chatham and Harwich shopping and dining and grocery store. The host was extremely responsive and answered all questions quickly."
