Please note, there is an additional cost to heat the pool, which will be the responsibility of the guest. The cost may vary depending on factors such as desired pool temperature, duration of use, and weather conditions, but you can expect to pay at least $200-400 per week. The pool is equipped with a smart meter for easy tracking.

If you choose to use the indoor fireplace, there will be an additional fee of at least $200 for cleaning, ash vacuuming, and maintenance.

For stays of one week or longer, an additional cleaning will be required during your stay. You can arrange directly with us to schedule. Please note that we pay our cleaners a living wage, and we may spend more time cleaning during the summer months due to pool maintenance and groundskeeping.

Please also note that there may be groundskeeping and pool maintenance team members on site during your stay. If this causes any concern, please reach out to us immediately, and we will make adjustments.
