"Booked for my family of 4 plus son in law.Property was immaculate both inside and out, and I’m very picky (just ask my family)House is minutes from East Hampton and the surrounding Hamlets. The refrigerator kept up with our ice demands before leaving for the beaches each day. Amazingly well equipped kitchen.We spent many afternoons by the pool, and evenings watching movies by the fire. Very peaceful home but minutes to town. "

"The aptly named Charming East Hampton Cottage was a beautiful oasis with lush gardens and comfortable accommodations. The host was very gracious and friendly and communicated with us as soon as we booked the home. My only regret was that we couldnt stay longer."

"Spent a fabulous week here with my kids and family in early June of 2025. A very family friendly house perfect for entertaining in. We used the bbq and fabulous kitchen every evening. Plenty of space and the backyard is a little paradise. It’s super central to everything in East Hampton also and Montauk is just a quick spin away. Would highly recommend and look forward to maybe getting to visit again! "

Conveniently located within walking distance to the Palm, Movie Theatre and the bus stop to NYC. Beverly Leopold was a very conscientious and hospitable host. Highly recommend!"
