- Wonderful beach house with large open plan living room, kitchen, dining area, den, master suite and two guest bedrooms and bath all on main floor. Large bedroom, den and full bath on lower level; perfect for the kids. French doors lead to a large screened sitting porch and down a stair to the Private beautifully landscaped 1/2 acre property with heated pool, wood deck and bluestone terrace with fire pit. Pool area includes a new Pool house with den, kitchenette and full bath. Den includes sofa and love seat and is a perfect hangout for kids and teenagers.
