The open-plan main floor features a comfortable living area with a wall-mounted TV, a spacious dining room, and a brand-new, fully equipped kitchen, creating a seamless flow perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The space is filled with natural light and boasts all-new appliances and central AC for your comfort.

    The modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and opens directly to the dining room and a cozy den, which provides access to the back patio.
