- 2 story lake front cottage. Sleeps 8 in 2-Bedrooms 10 steps off the rear deck lies the Modus Reservoir, a 450 acre fresh water, trophy bass lake and private dock. Free use of kayak & canoe. Cottage comes completely furnished and ready for your vacation. Bring your own boat for added fun. Private lake front community. Less than 5 miles from Good Speed Opera House and the CT River. Casinos 20 mins away. Washer & Dryer on premise. Enjoy the private calmness or bring the friends & family. About 1 hr from Hartford and 2.5 Hrs from NYC. Everything is new inside and out and we have all the comforts of home. large gas grill, cable TV, wireless Internet, fully stocked kitchen and much more. We have had guest from around the world and most come back every year.
