"We loved our tiny house for 3 nights. The one missing item was a desk in the upstairs. Both my husband and I needed to work remotely each morning and this caused me to need to go to the Adirondack room. it was lovely but my work could have been better aligned with a desk upstairs. my husband sat on the sofa. We hope to return with our other 2 adult children too. Location was great to get to sites in the region. thanks."

"Came here with 7 ladies for a bachelorette and we had the best time. It is such a great location with so many things in close driving distance. The home was absolutely beautiful and clean. The only complaint we had was the kitchen lacking some necessary items like a colander and an additional baking sheet. Other than that we had 0 complaints! Would definitely stay again. "

"This place is amazing, beautifully decorated immaculate scenery breathtaking. Firepit was lovely with full moon. Nice time to spend with family. Only drawback I see is if you have trouble with stairs. Can’t say enough about this place if u want to getaway and chill this is the place for you On the other hand much to do nearby. "We loved our stay at this cottage. The 2 bedrooms are cozy and we were glad to have the extra 1/2 bath. Very comfortable stay. Would not hesitate to book again. We appreciated the use of the washer dryer. Those machines are often not great at rentals, but this was a fine set! I even put the puzzle together and we enjoyed the provided board games. The river is nice to sit and enjoy."

"We stayed for 4 nights in September. The cottage was just as advertised and we were very comfortable. Lynn was very responsive to questions. The kitchen was stocked incredibly well and anything we needed was available. The location was perfect since it was only about 1 mile to the Cliff Walk, 2 to downtown Newport and very close to the nature preserve. Thank you for letting us stay in the cottage for our Newport visit!"

"This is a great little place to stay in Newport! The room was adequate and comfortable and the bathroom down the hall was decent. Wish there were blackout blinds/curtains in the room as the wharf lights made it very bright at night. The best thing about this property is the location and the kindness of Tara the manager. We would definitely stay here again!"
