Pond Front Oasis Exciting Contemporary Home on Deep Pond in Falmouth. Swim, fish or kayak in the crystal clear fresh water or lounge in the sun in the waterside yard! Lovely Gardens Including Fruit Trees, Fish Pond, Fire Pit, and expansive yard! Located on a quiet side street, you are less than a 10 minute drive to downtown Falmouth, 10 minutes to Old Silver Beach and a few minutes to two public golf courses! A true summer oasis!

This three bedroom one and one half bathroom home blends perfectly into the wooded pond front environment. Inside you will enjoy the fabulous kitchen and dining rooms with water views, the living room with fish pond and water views and the first floor bedroom. There is the primary bedroom, sitting room, full bathroom and the TV room on the second floor. There is also TV in the living room.
No Smoking. No Pets. No Parties.
Tenant agrees to not have more than the number of maximum number of guests without prior authorization from host.
Tenant agrees to pay additional fees for excess garbage removal $50 per contractor bag of trash beyond the what fills the garbage cans provided
Tenant agrees to pay additional fees for excess cleaning at a rate of $50 per hour for cleaning services. Excess cleaning may be required for large messes, stains to carpet, excess trash removal, or any cleaning required beyond what is normal and customary for the cleaning of the house.
Tenant agrees to pay for any damage caused to the house, or its contents including furniture, glassware, cookware, art, carpets, walls, linens, any other contents of the house.

Relax on the Pond

Host was very communicative. Home had all necessary tools for cooking minus a grill which had been listed. Home was clean first floor bed could be replaced. Despite this we definitely would return
