"We have stayed before. This time we upgraded to a balcony room. I was glad we did because I was able to sit outside for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Seems bigger than the regular 2 queen rooms. "

"Unfortunately we didn’t sleep well since there was a dog in another room barking all night. Also the jacuzzi we filled up and didn’t stay like that it has a hole and never filled. Blower in room don’t work either. This place use to be a great place and great rooms this one unfortunately wasn’t that good."

"We came here because of location, reviews and amenities. This location is NOT accommodating at all off season. 1. Restaurant closes without warning. 2.pool closes without warning - cheap towels even for a toddler to dry. 3. Stale breakfast items with no dates, no tea bags, juice machine wasn't working, waffle maker was peeling, no lids for cups. No accessibility to hot water after hrs-machine locked in restaurant. (And they wanted to sell bottled water). 4.Their bathroom soap is horrible. Although only washed hands with it. 5. Decent room but TV had no guide-just up or down. They don't advertise the closer ferry is seasonal therefore it was closed. The activity pamphlets were outdated. "
