"We had an amazing stay! The house was perfect for our family (2 kids) — we had plenty of space, the kitchen was stocked so it was easy to cook and the location is perfect. We really enjoyed our time in the backyard and walking around the adorable town of Vineyard Haven. It was great to have a parking space behind the house, and it was also easy and fast to get anywhere on the island - no more than 20 minutes when we were visiting. The owner Mike was great to communicate with! Highly recommend...

"The cottage is adorable, clean and spacious. Clear instructions prior to arrival. So peaceful to sit on the deck and hear the waves crashing, read a book, just hang out and relax. Main Street is a couple blocks away from the cottage really cute town. Thank you Tom and Kerrie will definitely stay again next time we visit Cape Cod!! :)"

We left wanting a bit more on the finer details though. There was no shampoo, no paper towels, no extra bath towels and much of the house appeared dated and in need of some touching up/repair. "We have family that have a home 1 block away so utilized this space to sleep and to escape to when my social battery drained. :). This place was perfect. (And May have the biggest TV I have seen in real life…). Lydia was very responsive and communicative. No issues with check out or check in and even left the lights on for our 9 PM arrival."

"I was greeted by the nicest gentlemen with the warmest personality and the friendliest nature...he was kind on entry and exit. He was professional, quick, and handled me with care...sorry his name escapes me. My room was amazing...clearly newly renovated. It was clean...bed comfy...quiet and i appreciated my stay. I was there in June which is a great time to visit the Cape cause its les busy...but i totally enjoyed my stay."
