"Front desk staff was very helpful; the only issue I had was the pullout mattress was like a pancake. I felt the springs when sleeping; I asked for a new mattress and they weren’t able to replace it but did send extra bedding."

"Was okay. First time here and to the islands. It seems nicer in the photos. We went during a time where there was sargassum (seaweed) on the main beach by the lobby, they did offer shuttles to nearby beaches but we had a car to use instead.
