"Thanks for a lovely stay at your property. The property is in a lovely location just outside Swanage, ith handy access to the costal path for walks from your door. The pool and sauna were very much appreciated by us all. My husband and teenage son loved the full size snooker table. The property is a great size, was very clean with access to a huge garden too. We stayed as a family of 4 and would love to return. The owners were very helpful too."

"We had another apartment booked, but 4 days before our holiday it became unavailable due to maintenance issues so we had alternative accommodation offered. On arrival there was beer bottles and rubbish all over the car park entrance. For 3 people in 2 bedrooms we had 1 coat hanger, we had iron but not ironing board, not hot water between 6pm and 8pm sometimes up to 9pm (probably used out by others in the building). "entrance hall was a bit of a letdown as obviously was being painted, the glass in the doors had paint on, windows rattled all night from the wind, very cold on last night as couldnt work out how to turn up heaters, coupboard door in kitchen came off, only 3 mugs & 4 of us, shower was very slow & leaked over bath, no-one told us upstairs shower was out of order & they had a leak in the lounge, shower upstairs was out of order"
