"The location was fabulous..staying right on the beach was perfect for Long Beach days and the convenience of having a home base, no driving..very restorative watching the ocean change from calm to roaring waves. Things could have been upgraded, like the screen door, but I just focused on the beach. Being The last unit, we had views from both sides and plenty of deck space. I felt Very relaxed and restored! One thing to note is the place is managed by a rental agency. This requires you to sign a contract and pick up and drop off keys at their office, which is about a mile away. "Great place to stay in the oceans edge property. It is quiet but still lots to do. The condo has all you need for a family with lots of games and very comfortable beds. The host was very attentive and check in was a breeze. The only reason I rated a 4 out of 5 for cleanliness was the deck wasn’t clean - although it was pollen season and hard to keep up with that. "My fiancé and I planned a last minute trip to the Cape for his birthday . We walked into a beautiful studio. Neil our host was extremely accommodating. We had fresh lilacs on the kitchen table with a bottle of champagne and salt water taffy which we indulged in 😉 Shops and restaurants were close by and a walk to the beach. We recommend this place to anyone who would like a nice quiet area with wonderful service from your host."
