"The resort is expansive, one can get lost easily especially the place needs better directions. The rooms are big and ample. Really appreciated the big bathroom. Rooms service came late for a couple of days, almost at 6pm. Food quality, especially in the buffet areas could be much better in quality and taste. It also lacks diversity, same spread everyday. Specialty restaurants are ok. Today, at breakfast a cockroach crept up from under our table. Pools and the beach were wonderful. We enjoyed them tremendously."

"Everyone we have met was extremely friendly and always helpful. Good was good. I personally liked the hibachi the best out of all the ala carte restaurants. The bars were always a fun place to hang around. The staff cleaned the whole property daily including the beach area."

"Property was very clean and the food was excellent but for the most part the staff was not very polite felt like a bother to them and most could not speak English and very hard to communicate with.But when we needed help from the customer service staff they were all excellent to speak to and always had a smile on there faces .Our room had a none working hair dryer and couldn't find the TV remote for the life of me anywhere.And problem was resolved immediately. Nightly entertainment was good on most nights especially the Michael Jackson show and Circus show.Loved the sports bar where I could watch my beloved Montreal Canadiens games while I was on vacation and always had all kinds of food to eat.Never spent time at the pools but they looked very spacious and had all kinds of chairs. The beach was beautiful and you could walk for miles in either direction and all kinds of chairs to lounge on.The seaweed was plentiful but was not a issue for me and was cleaned up on most days.As for the drinks at the bar they always had what I was looking for.And when it came to night time there was only 1 evening that I saw and bugs or mosquitoes and it was on the minimal side. OUR ROOM WAS SPACIOUS BUT ALWAYS DAMP AND OUR CLOTHES ALSO BUT WE JUST USED THE HAIR DRYER TO DRY OUT ."

"The water pressure kept going in and out during the day, and sometimes the water wouldn’t work at all. The food was disappointing, and they only had one beer on tap. Overall, the experience didn’t live up to expectations."
