"The property was gorgeous. All the staff were very courteous. Every morning and throughout the day ground staff was manicuring the shrubs or racking the beach. It was awesome! The restaurant staff were always gracious and most of the food was very good. If there was a problem they would do everything they could to fix it! Suggestion - always book on the Excellence Level. There is a separate pool area for this level so it is not nearly as crowded as the other pools. Adults Only is the way to go!"

"El staff no era amable, solo cuando te querían vender algo, fuimos a una cena que reservamos y duraron 1 hora 15 minutos en tomarnos la orden y dijeron que era por que “estaban llenos” siendo que no habíamos más de 4 mesas."
