"I stayed at this lovely place 7 years ago and this time round it was even more special, I mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary and they had a lovely vase of roses in the room waiting for us. The room was clean and cosy, breakfast was delicious and the area is very close to the west lake but very quiet and calm, the hotel staff was so lovely too (shout out to Pan Pan). When I visit again I will book this place for definite."

"I arrived early and was able to check in quickly in the morning. It was very convenient being close to the subway station. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. While English communication wasn't completely fluent, communication was totally fine and the room was spacious, making for a comfortable stay!"
