"This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The property condition is dated and not aligned with the photos. The towels had visible stains on them. The coffee maker has and old and used pod in it. The bathtub was clogged then my room wasn’t cleaned on a two night stay. I’d highly recommend any travels to avoid this property at all cost. Then to charge a destination fee of $25 per day but run out of food choices a breakfast is incredibly. Id describe this as a historic property that is not in alignment with the travel of the future. "

"The only flaw in this property is the parking. OMG….it cost almost half of the room rate we received and negotiating the underground parking was VERY intimidating. Larger SUV’s would be a real challenge. "

"Great location, loved the restaurant in the hotel. Trader Joes grocery store, Starbucks across the street, many restaurants and even a casino in walking distant. The subway was literally steps away if thats your travel option. "

"Storage luggage staff was great and helpful. Had to move rooms due to the shower being dirty and water was not draining. Second room had brown water coming out when you turned the shower on, after 5 minutes it would go away. "
