"This is the perfect place to stay when we come for a concert at the Hollywood Amphitheater. The only negative we had was the lady who checked us in was not very welcoming. She sat back at her desk and just hollered her questions to us. She finally came up to the counter when she had to see the id and credit card. Not very welcoming at all. When we checked out, the gentleman was much more personable and what we expected of someone working the front desk."
