"The rooms were ok. The bathroom was not very clean when we checked into our room so I bought cleaning products and cleaned it. Other than that it was wonderful. I do feel that if you are staying there there should be easy convenient parking close to your rooms if you have a paper you are placing in your window. We left to get some groceries and those that spend the day there were lined up in the morning to park close to the water and we had to park so far with groceries. It’s good to know for next trip if thats where we decide to stay. I do like the fact there is a lot of security. We left to eat dinner bc the restaurant was very expensive and we waited over an hour at a table and never got our food. We ended up leaving. The resort it self was absolutely wonderful otherwise. The front staff was wonderful and very helpful. "

"I like the rooms, the staff, and visiting with my family in the lobby eating area. Breakfast was waiting for us Saturday morning. The rooms abremodeled really nicely."

"Loved the Shay Hotel. Desiree was wonderful. We had àn upgraded room that was clean with all new digital features. Bed was quite comfy. The hotel is under construction so parking was smaller. This did not inconvenience us. Delightful. Thank you Desiree. "
