This cabin is cozy rustic done right—warm, inviting, and thoughtfully put together in a way that makes you feel comfortable immediately. Every detail adds to the experience, from the peaceful lake views out every window to the quiet that surrounds you day and night. We brought his 18-year-old son, and he loved it just as much. Being on the water, unplugging, and having true peace and quiet gave all of us a chance to reset and actually be present together. The privacy is incredible—it truly feels like your own little world. The boat, dock, fire pit, and trees wrapping around the property create that hidden escape feeling that’s hard to describe. Mitch was an exceptional host—genuinely kind, responsive, and very accommodating. You can tell he takes pride in making sure guests feel welcome and taken care of. Everything was seamless from start to finish. I almost don’t want to leave this review because I’d love to keep this place to myself, but it’s too special not to share. We will absolutely be back."

"Nice clean room with fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. No lock on the outside entry door, but probably not unusual for a small town. Mostly quiet, but some street noise and some loud walkers on the level above me. Desk clerk very helpful. Nothing that would stop me from coming back."
