"Our room was lovely; it was more like a suite in that it had a separate small living room/kitchen area. The bathroom was huge and it was very clean and comfortable."

"Tom was very responsive to the questions we had ahead of time. Great property. Great layout for board games w the family. Kitchen was large and easy to work in. Although many steps to the lake, the steps were well constructed and so it was easy to get to, even w 3 kayaks. No curtains/shades on bedroom windows, which was a little off putting to our adult kids, but they rigged sheets to hang which seemed fine. Melrose was close w a great grocery store and firewood (check w Tom on that, as there wasn’t any at the fire pit.). Great stay! Kids loved the weekend."
