There is a small fenced backyard with a BBQ and seating area. .
The upper level has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms
1 comfortable guest room has a queen bed & TV, The kid's room has a double bed with a smart Tv.
The bathroom for the 2 rooms is an updated walk In shower. A large sanctuary master with a tv, en suite bathroom & sitting area.
Eagle is close to Sylvan Lake & loads of biking trails
Eagle is 30 minutes from Vail, 25 mins from Beaver Creek, 10 mins from the Vail airport & 1 hour from Aspen,
There is a lease on the basement space so the tenants do enter through the main doors.
