"It’s a newly opened hotel in a central location in Olsztyn. The food in a restaurant is great and staff was amazing. The carpark entrance situation is a bit unusual (getting your car to the carpark by lift) but given the location it was probably the best way to build it. Overall the hotel left very good impression. The water coming from the taps had a strong, unpleasant odor and a dirty appearance, requiring us to buy our own water for cooking and even brushing our teeth. This was a significant inconvenience. "The parking was easy. The hotel is nicely situated but a little on the older side. The one restaurant I was refused service but without an explanation as the serving staff didn’t see to speak English well. The buffet was adequate in the other restaurant but wasn’t what I was looking for. I wasn’t in the mood for a mass feeding experience."

"Hotel na jedną noc w podróży służbowej. Nie uwzględniono prośby o pokój twin, co przy dwóch facetach ma znaczenie. Odpowiedz w recepcji: „odsuncie sami sobie łóżka”. Pani w recepcji średnio miła. Brak możliwości zaparkowania przy hotelu. Śniadania niby w formie szwedzkiego stołu ale nakładane przez kelnerów. Zasada raczej z oszczędności niż z ochrony przed wirusem. Wystarczy pomyśleć o maseczkach i rękawiczkach jednorazowych czy podzielić pokoje na poszczególne godziny śniadaniowe niż tworzyć...
