A stunning location overlooking a lake with lush flowers and gardens cascading down. Room with terrace was lovely. BUT, receptionist spoke only Polish and was not competent regarding the use of credit cards. The bathroom was very simple and small. Access to the run was through a staircase after exiting the elevator, which is to easy with luggage. The restaurant food middling, but service was friendly.

Lovely

Very beautiful place, the garden behind the hotel is absolutely lovely and the building itself has a wonderful style, both inside and outside. They have a restaurant in this beautiful garden and we had a tasty dinner there. The spa is not big, but however very relaxing. I loved the big balcony, we were lucky that there weren't other guests, but usually the balcony is shared with the neighboring apartment. Unfortunately soundproofing is very poor, all the voices from the corridor and next door can be easily heard. At night there were suddenly mosquitoes and very small, tiny flies in the room that you had to eliminate before being able to sleep. In the morning the breakfast was very delicious. A lot of space for free parking .

The hotel is ok. I don’t understand the four star rating. Rooms and bathrooms are small, equipment is very average. The spa needs to be reserved in advance so if you stay for two nights you will not be able to use it. That was my case.

Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig, olles Bad, verwinkelte Wege. Aber: Die Lage ist großartig, direkt am See. Das Personal ist nett und sehr freundlich. Das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt.

Super Lage - Service im Hotel mit Luft nach oben !

Echt super Location - Hotel mit Charme. Der Hotelgarten und die Lage sind sehr schön. Zimmer mit Hotel und Blick zum See sehr zu empfehlen. Das Einchecken und die Bezahlung ging sehr rasch und freundlich von statte.. Frühstück excellent. Die Motivation beim Servicepersonal im Restaurant war leider nicht gegeben - hier kann man nachbessern. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Jak w pałacu. Naprawdę!

Mazury są cudne, szczególnie wtedy, kiedy jest złota polska jesień, kolorowe liście na drzewach, bezwietrzna pogoda i błękitne niebo. Na to wszystko udało nam się trafić. I jeszcze jedna bardzo ważna rzecz. Mieszkaliśmy w hotelu, który gwarantował nie tylko widok z okna na piękne jezioro, również miłą obsługę, pyszne śniadania i komfortowy pokój. Hotel w przyjemnej okolicy, nad samym jeziorem. Niestety, nasz pokoj opisany "z widokiem na park" miał widok na parkING. Proces zameldowania przyjemny, uprzejmy Pan z obsługi wyczerpująco opisał obiekt. Niestety później nie było już tak przyjemnie. Łóżko, wyraźnie opisane w ofercie jako "king size" okazało się dwoma zestawionymi razek lozkami pojedynczymi. Komfort latwo sobie wyobrazic. Reakcja obslugi- "ale no...bo my tak zazwyczaj robimy". Kolejna pani- "nie, mi się wszystko zgadza". Pokazuje jej rezerwację i jak to miało wyglądać, a ona mi swoją kartkę i ze jej się zgadza. zero zainteresowania, że warunki nijak nie odpowiadają temu, co kupowałam. Warunki w restauracji ciężko opisać. o godzinie 9 brakowało dosłownie wszystkiego A obsługi zero. po 10minutach Pani doniosła talerzyk z kawałkami masla- A że w tym czasie nie było już żadnego pieczywa i innych rzeczy nikogo nie obchodziło. Po odniesieniu masła natychmiast znikła i kolejny czas nikt się nie pokazywał- stoliki niesprzatniete, naprawdę dawno czegoś takiego nie widziałam. Nie wiem z czego to wynikło, bo opinie miał raczej dość dobre. W każdym razie więcej tam na pewno nie zawitam i nie polecam nikomu, komu zależy na- nawet nie komforcie ale normalnych warunkach.
