We spent a week at the property and enjoyed our time there, lots of space for the family inside and the yard space was great for little kids. One draw back was the dock at the lake wasn’t a great space for swimming but was still a lovely view.
Best sleep I’ve had in my life. Spacious, modern, clean, house with everything you need. Host is very easy to contact and very easy going. Mattress were the best ones ive ever slept on. Highly recommend!
We were 6 longtime canoers ranging in age from 70 to 80 who are now too old to camp on canoe trips. The Cottage more than met our needs as we ate out and were too tired when we got back from Big East & Kennisis Lakes to use the hot Tub, TV or the BBQ. However, it was good to know that they were there. I did get praise for selecting your cottage so thank you
Very cozy basement and seating area. Had everything we were looking for (pool table, hot tub, fireplace). Host was great and responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Pretty good
This is a nice property, suited basic needs. Poorly renovated home. Owner was very nice though.
Just want to start that Pravena and her team are probably one of the most accommodating hosts we've ever had. They definitely bent over backwards to ensure our needs were met. And furthermore, their communication is impeccable; they were responsive within the hour and so helpful.
The property itself is fantastic, you can definitely tell they put a lot of work in the renovations. There's also a lot of field space for recreational activities. The water access, in my opinion, isn't the most ideal, but it is faithful to how it's advertised on the listing. Overall it's a great property, and the icing on the cake is to expect to see a lot of wild Deer wandering the area. Oh and the hot tub.
We could tell the owner has tried to make the ultimate spot for people to stay in Haliburton. The property is nicely renovated and situated on the lake. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the amenities available. Challenges: We were expecting a pool, but it appears to have been removed. The upstairs rooms were really hot at night. Only one burnt adult paddle available for canoeing. Pool table was not level.
That being said, I know other people that have stayed here have abused the property, so I can’t fault the owner for these issues.
Great family location, I highly recommend it.
