Not recommended
Room was not cleaned throughly. Floor was dirty and not vacuumed. Had to put luggage on stools. During covid, unacceptable for such condition.

Unfriendly staff
I would not recommend staying there. I have stayed at B&B Hotels in the past and never had any problems. The staff was extremely rude and unpleasant. I have never felt so unwelcomed at a hotel.

Check in was tough, as we arrived around 22.00 and the reception was closed. You are meant to use a code to check in, but we never received this. We called the emergency contact number and they helped us right away. The room was lovely and clean. It faced the train tracks, but we couldn't hear anything. Great location and easy to get around the city. We did ask for an extra duvet/blanket, but it took about 7 hours to get it (first request was made in person at 9am). We asked the receptionist 3 times and ended up getting it when we coincidentally heard the housekeeping team in the hallway. They had not been made aware of the request, but they were very helpful and brought one right away.

Fazit: Solide Übernachtungsmöglichkeit mit akzeptablem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Das Wesentliche zum Check-In, der Parkplatzsituation usw. kann man vorher lesen und sich darauf problemlos einstellen. Empfangsmitarbeiter sehr freundlich und alles erklärt, top. Zimmer klein aber zweckmäßig. In diesem B&B hatten wir sogar etwas Schrankähnliches. Negativ: nur 1 Steckdose am Doppelbett, in Summe im ganzen Raum nur 3 bei 4 Betten. Sauberkeit ist immer ein Thema, Bad hatte Schlieren z.B. an der Tür, hier könnte mit kleinem Aufwand viel bessere Außendarstellung erreicht werden. Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage bei Verfügbarkeit mit Code. Hinweis: Mehr Parkplätze im 2. Untergeschoss. Problem sind die illegalen Fremdparker, die ohne Parkplatzanspruch einfahren. So kommt man abends zwar mit seinem Code durch das Tor, findet aber keinen freien Platz des Hotels mehr und muss notgedrungen Platz anderer Mieter (Firmen) blockieren.

War alles in Ordnung. Nur der Fön der die DGUV-Prüfung, nicht bestanden hat und offiziell außer Betrieb gesetzt wurde, hätte im Bad nichts mehr zu suchen.

Der Preis war für die Leistung einfach super, aber sogar der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war dabei. 👍👍

If you know what is good for you, avoid this place. Price and location are good, yes. But check-in is horrible. Took us more than two hours after what turned out to be mistakes on the side of the hotel. So what should be an afternoon at the Christmas markets, changed into an afternoon of showing payment proof and getting “but it is not paid” in return. Rooms are neat enough, but stink enormously of cigarette smoke. Leaving a window open no option as you’re right next to a railway. So all in all, skip this one and try another!

Prima voor een nachtje
Netjes geholpen en een nette kamer. Ik vond de bedden persoonlijk (ik lag in de hoogslaper onder) niet zo fijn en doorgezakt liggen. Mijn moeder in het grote bed gaf ook aan last van der heupen te hebben. Verder was alles keurig en knap ontbijt buffet 😊

Eine einzige Katastrophe!! Konnten dort nicht übernachten, weil die Rezeption nicht besetzt war und der Check-in Automat nicht funktionierte wie er sollte. Mussten nach zwei stündiger Wartezeit in der Nacht noch ein anderes Hotel suchen…

Dreckig und Rauchgerüche
Absolut enttäuschend! Wir haben 2x das Zimmer aufgrund von ekelhaften Flecken, Dreck und Rauchgerüchen wechseln müssen. Das 3. Zimmer war nicht komplett sauber, haben es aber für eine Nacht hingenommen.
