Family vacation

Was first boked to room with no ocean view. The room has one queen size bed. I requested a room with ocean view and two double bed. I was moved to another room which was smoking room. Bad experience this time around. Had to call several times for housekeeping to reclean the bath room. It had a bad smell.

Holiday on the beach

Fantastic weekend at North Beach. Despite ongoing renovations, there was no inconvenience to hotel guests. Breakfast buffet that is included is great! Location cannot be beat...beach is just steps away! I would definitely come back, and am looking forward to completed renovations and merger with the Elangeni.
