Awakened at 4:25 am to slamming doors and loud voices across the hall. We were on a ground floor, not far from the lobby and assume it was the morning shift or maybe even partyers coming in late. Either way it kept us awake for about an hour. The bathroom floor was also a little sticky. We did enjoy the comfortable bed , and the person at the front desk was very friendly and greeted us well. Breakfast sausages were bland and there was no fruit.

After a long day driving from St Louis the hot tub and outdoor pool were very relaxing 😎 Then I went for dinner at the choctaw casino buffet, just minutes away and came back to relax in my King size bed!

I wish the AC unit ran a little harder. My husband and I are both sensitive to heat so we like it cold at night. I found myself getting hot overnight even with the unit set to below 65. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Never felt like we were an inconvenience to them. The gym could use an upgrade. The floor is coming up and they could use some form of air flow in there.

It was newly remodeled clean building. Staffs were providing welcoming vibes and breakfast was excellent. It was easy to find the building as located Walmart. Parking spaces were somewhat limited as many trucks or trailers taken up the spaces.

My wife has vision problems. The the low light in many hotel rooms makes it very difficult for her to see. The Holiday Inn in Durant had excellent lighting in the room.

The casino was booked due to an event so we decided to stay here instead. It is an easy drive to the casino and to our event cost us less than $30 to Uber both ways. The property is clean and well maintained.

It was just an overnight stay for us, but the staff and accommodations were great. The staff was funny and very courteous. We didn’t have breakfast, but the coffee was fresh and delicious. I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area or visiting the casino.
