Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Western Ridge townhome is in one of Durango's most sought-after locations and offer an aesthetic demonstrative of exceptional modern architectural vision. Renowned architect Feeney Architect has incorporated his signature modernity with environmental design considerations and a sense of location aesthetic wholly integrated in both place sensibility and the Durango lifestyle. Natural light, color and indigenous materials are integrated into an elegant design synergy.

The townhome features a 70" TV in the main livings space with YouTube TV , washer/dryer, gas BBQ grill and a 1 car garage with additional parking in front of the garage.

3rd Bedroom - Queen

The townhome is not pet friendly - so please do not bring your pets.

Located at the epicenter of some of Durango's most treasured amenities including Fort Lewis College, the Animas River Trail, Bread Bakery, 'The Old Highway/CR 250 - Durango's most popular cycling loop, and within a short bike ride to downtown and a number of restaurants and shops Durango is known to have in abundance.

I absolutely loved it.

This was the best VRBO I've ever rented. Great location. FULLY furnished... from linens to spices to storage containers. Lots of room. Excellent TV with lots of streaming choices. I highly recommend it.
