The staff were all friendly and attentive. Our room was spotless every day, and we had a very comfortable stay. Both the breakfast and dinner from the restaurant were delicious. The location was also excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

Be ready to be confused on how to get to and from your room. You have to take 2 elevators and the floors are not the same level even though you never change floors. Our room was extremely warm when we arrived. Apparently the air was turned off by the staff. We arrived during extremely high temps.

This room (303) was terrible. There was no where to sit apart from bed. Room temp was around 40c even with windows ..."
