"Great place, clean and comfortable. Responsive host. Not mentioned in the description (sorry if I missed it) is that there's an in-law apt that seems to be directly connected. That was a little off-putting as I rented a house to have some separation from neighbors so we could yell at the tv during the baseball playoffs without worrying about it. "

"Check in was very easy and our airport Lyft was scheduled for us. The cafe gentleman was very helpful with our late night dinner and making sure our toddler received his food first and then he back first thing in the morning and went out of his way to give the toddler french fries after the cafe was closed and then made me avocado toast. He went above and beyond and we were very greatful. "

"Absolutely stunning view, both day and night. Lucky to have gotten this spot during lovely weather so it was so clear that Salesforce Tower could be seen across the bay and we checked in right before sunset and watched the sun go down. Lukas was very nice and responsive and had the hot tub ready for us after check in. The garden was a lovely hang out spot for our pack of 4 and we enjoyed a soak and some wine while taking in the view and guessing. The cabin has a large window on the ground floor and loft to see the view. Both rooms were clean with coffee maker, fridge, bonus snacks, and some toiletries. Location is about a 15 minute Uber away from Jack London Square and the arena/coliseum area. You do have to go through the "front" of the house to get to both rooms in the backyard but is otherwise private and the rooms are literally three steps apart. Our entire group agreed that we would definitely stay here again."

"As an owner of a reputable cleaning, i will say this house is very dirty, trash cans still full with trash that previous guest left, dirty coffee maker stil with used k cup inside, inside refrigerator dirty, towels still in the dryer, hairs inside of shower and bathtub, furniture very dusty, one leg of master bedroom couch broken, only one old fry pan, no cooking oil, salt; sugar, no cutting board, and communication with host its the worst took 12 hours him to answer. "

"The pictures do not represent the house. The furniture was questionable and the bathrooms were not welcoming. The biggest problem however was that the location was not safe. We were warned by our lyft driver not to go around the neighborhood at night. We left after one night because we were concerned about the safety. The neighbor's dogs barked for hours. Others arrived with a rent a car and you cannot park in the driveway. We were worried about the car being broken into. We will say that the owners were responsive to the concerns about the dog but you cannot change the location."
