"1. Breakfast was ok - only pancakes and sugar syrup- the pancakes was delicious - could have been better if there was butter and maple syrup to go with the pancakes.
2 the mattress in room 21 where we stayed was too soft and saggy and sagged towards the middle- time for a new firmer mattress for all the other rooms as well?
3. There was very limited parking in the hostel grounds- had to park on the kerbside outside on the road- any chance of getting more carparking for your clients?
4. A few good pair of scissors for the kitchen and for our use please, and fry pans which are blackened and with handles swivelling/loose should be replaced with new ones?"

"Awesome hosts Brian and Suzi were there to meet us, as were some wonderful scones, jam and cream followed up on day 2 by lovely chocolate brownies. A comfortable stay with lovely peaceful surrounds and presented well.. The extras provided as part of the accommodation such as milk butter cereal, jam and bread were an unexpected bonus. Cannot fault and will save the destination for future cuts to the Albany area"

The central location is great, within short walking distance of many good restaurants, but can be noisy in the mornings with delivery trucks for nearby businesses. Overall a pleasant stay for several nights with good parking and easy access."

"We had a relaxing long weekend at Avoca farm chalet.The barn animals were friendly and we enjoyed feeding them, when food was available. The chalet was clean and comfortable, but it is located close to the cottage and homestead. We appreciated the games, puzzles and dvds as there was no wifi. Thanks for a relaxing stay."
