The staff were lovely and made check in very easy. We didnt have kids, but were impressed with the undercover play area for them. Bed and couch were both very firm, so if thats your thing, then you will love it

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well-equipped with cooking utensils so self-catering was easy. The complex was very close to the centre of Albany but very quiet. Overall a very good place to stay.

My stay was exceptional. The service, cleanliness, comfort, location and even the welcome tim tams, exceeded my expectations. I also have glowing reports of the buffet breakfast. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this establishment to prospective holiday makers.

Good facilities with excellent breakfasts and other dining options. The only comment I would make is that we booked to pay at premises but it had already been taken out of our credit card before we got there. Therefore that is not pay at premises. We wanted to pay by another option. Staff could be more welcoming.
