"Great hotel, friendly staff, very clean with comfortable beds! Walking distance to shopping and dining in Dunedin Convenient location, with less than 20 minute drive to Clearwater tours/beaches. Honeymoon island also close by. "

"It was clean. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great. The woman in charge came out and asked if everything was OK and brought out hot food and asked everyone if they wanted some. Other cheap motels I’ve had all kinds of trouble. Not this place. My stay was great. "
"Loved the place, simple, older Florida, and worth every penny. Lovely breakfast, the team looking after place care and are kind. Views are spectacular. Some continued repairs from hurricane, dodnt effect stay and while poer is damaged, just walk around the marina for equally excellent views of bay. Definitely revisit if back on flirida."
