I had the best experience here. My check-in was great, I was a bit early but they were able to accommodate me. The location was centrally located for easy walking to the local hot spots. Could jot have been happier with location and the staff, so friendly every time I had a question.

Really nice hotel and wonderful staff! Always a pleasant hello with a smile on their face. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing and very clean as was everything. So convenient to get to and from your room and we spent some time every morning and evening to take in St. Joseph’s bay from the rear door and deck off our room. What great views of nature. The lady who provided the breakfast was so sweet and charming and made you feel so welcome, as did the front desk staff! The only thing I can suggest is that a key drop-off slot should be accessible from the outside of the front entrance of the hotel for departing early because we found the doors locked and had to wait for someone to come. Highly recommend staying here and plan to return for Labor Day week again next year. - Armand and Barbara Melograna

It’s a fav property. I hate to give kudos because I don’t want others to find what I found… The staff are exceptional, the local restaurants are as well. And, no, there are no more homes available in Dunedin… Go home to Cali, NY, the Midwest, after visiting. You are all ruining this…
