"There was white staining on a dark-colored upholstered chair. After showering & using the towels to dry off, there was someone else's hair all over my body from the towels."

"The hotel was really neat in ways. The elevator was cool, the pool was impossible to use because it’s small. They don’t offer an adult swim only and I wasn’t able to swim once. The breakfast was nothing special same as a best western in my opinion. The happy hour drinks were good! Rooms weren’t clean all of our stay because they were short staffed so the room didn’t get serviced 2 nights, the one night is was serviced they did absolute bare minimum due to staffing also. And honestly the room was really gross I probably won’t be back. "
