"My friend and I just returned from a 3 night's stay at the Hotel Riu Palace, Paradise Island, Bahamas. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves. At first, I was a little underwhelmed by the hotel, but over the course of our visit, it got much better. Here are the pro's and cons of the property for future guests. Pros: Obviously its location which is right on the beach. The beach is gorgeous and the water is breathtaking. The food was delilvious, every meal was very well presented, and SO plentiful. "Hello, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your property and to request appropriate compensation for the issues I experienced with my reservation. I had specifically booked a room with two queen beds to accommodate myself and my two sons. Upon arrival, I was initially given a room with only one bed. After bringing this to your staff’s attention, I was reassigned to a different room in another tower. Unfortunately, upon entering that room, we discovered that the carpet was wet, making it unsuitable for use. I then had to return مرة again to the front desk, where I was reassigned back to the original room with only one bed. As a result, one of my sons was forced to sleep on a rollaway bed. This was not the experience I expected, especially considering the amount I paid for our stay and the importance of this family vacation. Seeing my son sleep uncomfortably on a rollaway bed was both unacceptable and disheartening. I believe this situation warrants compensation, as the accommodations provided did not match what was originally booked and paid for. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and a fair resolution regarding compensation for the inconvenience and diminished experience. Thank you for your time and understanding. "Yes it was a very great stay loved it. We rented a side x side and kept it outside. I loved thatjust to be able to do whatever. The resort is huge but it isnt a bad walk anywhere its is layed out very well. Overall the best spring break we have had."

"We stayed at this villa recently and overall had a mixed experience. Inside, the property was very clean, well‑stocked, and comfortable. The host provided clear instructions for check‑in and was always prompt and helpful with communication, which we really appreciated. Montageau Beach is about a 20‑minute walk from the villa, and the sidewalk along the route made it an easy and enjoyable walk during the day. However, there were some downsides. We did not feel comfortable being outside the villa after dark, and the surrounding area felt less safe than expected. It’s also important to note that you will need a car or plan on using cabs for groceries and restaurants—there aren’t many options within walking distance. One of the biggest disappointments was that the listing advertised a pool, but it was not available during our stay. Additionally, while the inside was well maintained, the exterior of the villa is quite run‑down and could really use an upgrade. Overall, this property has potential and some solid positives, but a few key issues held back our experience. "
