"Breakfast was lacking! Eggs & sausage or bisquits & gravy, alternated daily, were the only 2 hot items offered, other than waffles. No sodas or ice for juice or water. Cold cereal, instant oatmeal, yogurt & bread for toast & bagels. It was maintained well though. "

"The lobby was decent. It was easy to check in. The room however wasn't clean. There was hair in multiple places in the room. The beds weren't made. Come to find out, the room should've never been rented out because it wasnt cleaned even though it was assigned to us. The staff was helpful to get the room cleaned. They offered us complimentary breakfast vouchebut we chose to cancel the reservation and went to a different hotel."

" No breakfast they didn't have lobby open at 7:15 when it said 6. Never cleaned room or provide clean towels or empty trash for 3 days of our stay.Will never go back."

"Wonderful staff, clean room, and fresh breakfast. Our only complaint was the mattress was hard and had a ridge down one side. You could feel the springs in it and Hubby had to sleep in the middle of the bed to keep from rolling out of bed."

"This is a working man's Hotel it's clean it's a little older but for the money it's about the best stays you're going to find around Duncan for sure and for Fort Worth or Dallas for that matter"
