The owner/general manager was very helpful when he said my reservation was cancelled. I did not cancel it. He had a dirty room cleaned and got me and my wife into it. He said he had to charge me to rent the room but if Expedia contacted him he would work the refund issue out with them. Why it got cancelled is unknown but he was very helpful. Thanks you.

The owners are AMAZING and Always so accommodating!!! If there are any problems, they have Always found a solution and Always make my stay very comforting!!! Always warm and welcoming!!!

Good stay, good value

Very hospitable welcome! Good communication from the Owner/manager and Front desk clerk. Requested a lower room floor in advance and received. Clean room. Hot water and good water pressure from the shower. Good value! Enjoyed our 2) two night stay. Recommend staying at Super 8 Duncan.

Good people. Stayed 2 nights no maide service. Room needs updated especially the bathroom shower is terrible. Small room dangerous for seniors. Check in and out first class.

The people were nice. The cards that unlock the doors didn't work very well. Had to have employ to use key to unlock door. Breakfast wasn't that great. only had 1 type of packaged cinnimmon rolls. seems like could have had packaged donets. One last day we had no hot water in room.

I called the Super 8 and cancelled this booking. I was told that I would received an email stating the cancellation. When I didn't receive a cancellation email, I called Expedia and they cancelled the booking but the did not send it over to Super 8 so I got charged a $82 no show fee. Expedia will not send me the cancellation email again so I'm stuck paying the fee. Not very happy at all that people can not do their jobs correctly and others have to pay for their incompetence.
