- Beautiful home, located on the12th Green at the Duncan Golf Club. Access to this private club, with golf, dining, swimming, tennis. This layout will allow for comfortable accommodations for 10 people. Located close to Haliburton The home is 3 bedrooms with Queen beds, all have Smart TV's, an open entertainment area 70” Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, and many more) with 2 Futons that sleeps 2 and a Coleman auto inflatable Queen Mattress that sleeps 2 additional guests if needed. A large back yard for entertaining, with grill, and plenty of room for activities. Central Heating and AC with a Nest Thermostat. Whirlpool Washer and Dryer. A ring doorbell camera, patio camera, and a side yard camera.
